Actors' NET Cleanup Day! On Saturday, Jan. 5th, The NET held an official Cleanup Day. Some 30 volunteers showed up at the theatre to start the New Year off right. It was literally “out with the old” as the storage shed across the street was thoroughly cleaned out. Old lumber, flats and weathered furniture were cleared out of the space, preparing it to be converted into both a storage and set building facility. Also cleaned and reorganized were the theatre office and dressing room. By the time they were done, the volunteers – under the watchful eye of our new NET Facilities Manager Kate Fishman – had filled to overflowing a 30-cubic-yard dumpster furnished by the Borough of Morrisville This amazing feat was accomplished by the hard work and good will of all concerned. Even more amazingly, save for a few sore muscles, no one was injured! We now present a few photos of this historic event: |

| Mr. & Mrs. Clean (a.k.a. Mort Paterson and Susan Blair) scrubbed the office so hard that it was discovered there was actually a floor there! | Kate Fishman and Judy & Lauren Miller (left to right) were down in the dumpster, but never down in the dumps. Damon Miller wasn’t in this picture as he was in the shed at the time helping remove debris. |

| Chuck Donnelly, looking remarkably like Mr. Clean, samples the cocoa on a much needed break | Municipal Waste: Kate Fishman and Joe Doyle posed in the dumpster while Wally Colender, George Hartpence and Ted Fletcher labored in the background. Kate and Joe escaped the dumpster just before Wally, Ted and George buried them in it, thus making Scott Fishman happy and Cheryl Doyle sad. |

| Virginia Barrie ran The Actors’ NET Volunteer Wagon, serving hot chocolate and other goodies to some 30-odd laborers – and some not so odd. | Marco Newton (left) explored an office chest while Tami Feist seems to have explored Marco’s bottom. She is said to have later developed a craving for rump roast.. |

| The lovely Carol Thompson didn’t eat at the volunteer wagon, apparently since she had already “scarfed” herself up. (Copy writer Joe Doyle offers his sincere apologies for such bad word play, but blames editor Cheryl Doyle for submitting it unedited to web master Chuck Donnelly.) | George Hartpence, Rupert Hinton & Jim Cordingley (left to right) are seen resting after carrying & reassembling concrete benches from the deck across the street to the front deck of the Heritage Center. The epithets muttered and uttered while moving said concrete benches are not printable on a family-oriented web page. |

| Cheryl Williams, Evelyn Fletcher and Kyla Marie Mostello (left to right) and others not pictured made order out of chaos in the theatre dressing room. Each is smiling because they know the Cleanup day is almost over! | Afternoon reinforcements arrived, including Sarah & Harriet Webster. Not pictured is Bob Webster, who – based on Sarah’s expression – must have just been abducted by space aliens. (Actually, he and they pitched right in to help. And when you’re doing a miraculous cleaning, who better to call in than “Saint Bernadette?”) |

| The Klapper Family – from left to right Sherry, Abigail, Allen and Louis – also came to the rescue as afternoon reinforcements. Not all of the 30 volunteers who helped on Cleanup Day could be pictured on this web site, but each and every one’s help is deeply appreciated | |
